Deposit / Sign up fee

Our storage containers each have a £100 sign up fee which is a refundable deposit. The full deposit will be refunded to your original payment method once your storage unit has been cleared and checked by a member of our team.

Recurring Payments

Recurring payments will happen each week on the same day as you initially reserved your container. You will receive a reminder 2 days before payment is due. This happens automatically using the credit card details our payment provider securely stores.

Cancellations

If you would like to cease using your container, please advise us via email or phone 14 days before the end of your reservation time period.

Next Steps

When we receive your order a member of our team will review your transaction and will subsequently send you an email with full details of how to proceed. This email is titled ‘Order confirmed & next steps’. Please let us know if you do not receive this by calling or emailing.
